Sell tickets to an event
Paid or free events with ticket tiers, sessions, your own registration questions, and QR tickets.
Use Tickets & Events to run workshops, classes, meetups, concerts, webinars or anything else people book a place for. Your event gets a public page at mintlink.in/e/<slug>.
Create an event
- Open Tickets & Events and choose Create an event.
- Add a title, description and cover photo. You can drag the cover to reframe it, and check how it looks on mobile, tablet and PC before saving.
- Set the venue, or for an online event, pick the meeting platform and add the link. The meeting link is only shown on a confirmed ticket, never on the public page.
- Add your sessions: a single date, or a recurring schedule.
- Add your ticket tiers (see below).
- Build your registration form, then publish.
Ticket tiers
Each tier has its own name, price and capacity, for example Early bird, General and VIP.
- Price ₹0 makes the tier free. Attendees still fill in your form and get a QR ticket.
- Leave capacity blank for unlimited places.
- A buyer can pick several tiers in one order.
- A tier linked to two or more sessions is a combo ticket. It holds a seat in every one of those sessions at once.
Registration form
Ask attendees whatever you need: short or long text, email, phone, number, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes or a date. Drag the fields into order. You'll see the answers on your attendee list.
Refunds if you cancel
Under Offer refunds if this event is cancelled, you can set refund tiers by date, for example "cancel on or before 1 March: 100%", with a default percentage for later cancellations. MintLink applies whichever tier matches when a cancellation happens.
Fees
Free tickets have no fee. On paid tickets, MintLink deducts 8.26% and you keep 91.74%. The ticket buyer pays nothing extra. See Fees.
After someone books
The attendee gets an email with a link to their ticket, which has a QR code on it. You'll see them on the event's attendee list, and you can check them in at the door.
Still stuck? Send us a ticket and include the order ID or product name. That's the fastest way to get it sorted.
