Check in attendees at the door
Scan QR tickets with your phone camera, or type a ticket code in by hand.
Every ticket has a QR code. On the day, you scan it to check the attendee in, and a ticket can only be checked in once.
Scan with your phone
- Open Tickets & Events, choose your event and open its attendees page.
- The camera scanner opens by default. Allow camera access when your browser asks.
- Point the camera at the attendee's QR code, either on their phone or printed. You'll see straight away whether the ticket is valid and whether it has already been used.
If the camera won't work
Switch to manual entry on the same page and type in the ticket code printed on the attendee's ticket.
Tips for a smooth door
- Test the scanner on your own ticket before doors open. You can book a free tier yourself to try it.
- Good light helps. Ask attendees to turn up their screen brightness.
- Attendees can download their ticket as an image from the ticket page, in case the venue has poor signal.
Attendee can't find their ticket?
The ticket link was sent to the email they booked with. Ask them to search their inbox, including spam, for your event name. You can also find them on your attendee list by name or email.
Still stuck? Send us a ticket and include the order ID or product name. That's the fastest way to get it sorted.
