Where to find your download, and what to do if the link has expired.
Right after you pay, you're taken to your download page, and we email you the same link.
Find your download
- Check your email. Look for an email from MintLink sent to the address you used at checkout. Check Spam and Promotions too.
- Log in as a buyer. Go to mintlink.in/buyer/login with the same email you used to pay. All your orders are under My Purchases.
"Download link expired" or "Download limit reached"
To protect creators' files, each download link works for 24 hours and up to 5 downloads.
If yours has run out, open the link anyway and use the option to request access again. The creator is notified and can re-issue your link. If it's urgent, contact support with your order ID or the email you paid with.
Having trouble on iPhone?
If you opened the link inside the Google app or Instagram's in-app browser and the download doesn't start, tap the ⋯ or share menu, choose Open in Safari (or your usual browser), and try again.
Wrong file or a broken file?
Contact support with your order ID and a screenshot. Failed or broken deliveries are exactly the kind of problem we can fix.
