Payouts

You don't need to request a payout. MintLink pays you automatically every Friday, before 5 PM IST, to the bank account or UPI ID you've added.

#The three rules

1. Each sale has a 3-day hold. A sale becomes payable 3 calendar days after the buyer's payment clears. This protects against failed payments and chargebacks.
2. The minimum payout is ₹100. If your payable balance is below ₹100 on a Friday, it carries forward to the next Friday. Nothing is lost.
3. Your payout details must be verified. See Add your bank or UPI details.

#Why is some of my money "on hold"?

The hold applies to each sale separately. On any given day, your older sales are payable, while the last few days' sales show as On hold. That's expected.

For example, a sale on Monday clears on Thursday and goes out that Friday. A sale on Wednesday or Thursday clears after Friday, so it goes out the following Friday.

#Where to see it

Open Payouts in your dashboard to see:

• Available balance: what goes out on the next payout
• On hold: sales still in their 3-day window, and when they clear
• Total earned and total withdrawn
• Payout history: every payout you've received

#A payout looks late

Check these in order:

1. Is your payable balance at least ₹100?
2. Are your payout details verified? Look under Bank account.
3. Were the sales made at least 3 days before Friday?

If all three are fine and a payout still hasn't arrived by the next working day, raise a support ticket.
