Your event ticket
Where to find your ticket, how entry works, and joining an online event.
When you book an event on MintLink, we email you a link to your ticket. The ticket page has your QR code and all the event details.
At the venue
Show the QR code on your phone at the door, and the organiser scans it to check you in. Each ticket can only be used once.
Online events
For an online event, the meeting link is on your ticket page. It's only shown to confirmed ticket holders.
Can't find your ticket?
Search your email for the event name, including Spam and Promotions. Make sure you're checking the email address you booked with. You can also log in at mintlink.in/buyer/login with that email to see your orders.
Cancellations
If the organiser cancels the event, you'll be emailed, and any refund follows the cancellation policy shown on the event page. For anything else about the event itself, like timings, venue or what to bring, contact the organiser.
Still stuck? Send us a ticket and include the order ID or product name. That's the fastest way to get it sorted.
